$700 per month per horse (indoor arena)
$475 per month per horse (outdoor arena)

• 12' x 12' matted stalls
• Daily stall cleanings
• Hay, grain, and fresh water
• Daily Turn-out, weather permitting
• Large fertilized, clean pastures
• Day turn-out: out by 8 AM in by 5 PM
• Night turn-out (summer months): out by 5:00 PM in by 8:30 AM
• Mares & geldings separated
• rRund bales provided for turn-out during winter & drought periods
• Automatic waterers in each pasture
• Feeding of owner-provided supplements
• Administrating medication as directed
• Hot/Cold wash stall
• Heated bathroom facilities
• Electrical outlets at each stall
• Installation & winter storage of owner fans
• Spacious tack room
